Catalysta - A Social Impact Agency

A Social Impact Agency.

Catalysta was formed as a consultancy to assist brands and organisations be part of the global positive-change solution. Sustainable businesses realise that the next major generation of consumers and investors make calculated choices to support companies that uplift communities, and take an active role in creating a better world.

There are 3 ways to look at your impact:

How do your profits help fund NGOs and others who are better equipped to deliver change?

How does the core product or service your company provides affect positive change?

What is the impact of your organisations governance, supply chain management and vendor relationships?

what we do

Together we will work on refining your objectives and what is possible for you, as a company, to achieve. Whether the first step is through a stronger CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) or ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) plan, strategies to tie sales into investing in innovation, environmental preservation or organisational review, our goal at Catalysta is to work with you to achieve tangible, measurable accomplishments.

Why Catalysta?

Catalysta empowers brands with ways to give back, and take a stand. In the rapidly changing ethics economy, customers are driven by choices that satisfy both their “social debt” as well as their consumer needs. Brands small and large that hold claim to loyalty are not reactionary, but proactive in taking a stand. Brands are no longer just about what they produce, it is as much about their actions, associations and narrative

Social and environmental awareness has never been more relevant and consumers are making conscious choices to support businesses that not only mean well, but make a genuine and authentic effort to make a positive impact.

It’s complex, and will at times be alienating. Issues such as human rights, access to education, poverty, female empowerment and environmental wastage - all come with their share of controversy. Refining your message and actions in a way that is brand aligned becomes a key challenge and, with it’s success, can be enormously rewarding internally as a company and externally through consumer support.
